Where people with disabilities can do hobbies

Complete lack of communication between office staff where clients have their times changed with no notice especially dementia clients, care workers get changed for no reason resulting in clients going without scheduled care, angry and frustrated clients, and then when you stand up for your clients you get sacked over the phone a week before Christmas. They can't even call or email to tell you that a client has died and then you find out 3 weeks later. Disgusting
