Community Support Pty Ltd

Great service

Unreliable lack of communication stuff don’t show up on shift and they don’t notify you. They charge you for hours that are their mistakes and then blame you. Staff member said they would call the office the day before and didn’t. Staff member smokes in front of children and walked in front of them smoking, hard to get in contact with, they make promises that they don’t follow through on. avoid this service as much as possible. There’s plenty of support workers out there. You don’t need to be treated like this.
