Cpl - Choice, Passion, Life

A terribly useless org. Contacted them for some assistance with my 2 year old who has CP when I was in the hospital. This org picked up the phone but never got back to me despite follow ups. Extremely disappointed in CPL for abandoning us when we needed help the most. I have since been spreading the news about how useless they have been in our most distressful situations. On another occasion, my child's daycare contacted them for resources and/or help, and they said they couldn't help and also they couldn't even provide resources. Pathetic and useless group you are, treating the most vulnerable people this way.

This is a brilliant day service, with a lot of fun activities and a great social environment. I recommend it to anyone who has a loved one with a disability, and wants them to have fun, make friends and develop skills.

For a large organisation, the quality of care at CPL has been consistently good, in my experience. They have a broad range of services and are well organised when it comes to scheduling and changes. I'm very happy with my care.
