I cannot begin to convey how disgusting the staff at creating links treat customers. I had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of dealing with Jennifer Dreis and she was quite possibly the rudest, most condescending, deceitful and snarky person I've ever come across. I am shocked that someone like that is in a customer service role and shocked even more that no one else at creating links cared about her behavior. I can tell you now, I'm not the only one as well. Just look at the other reviews. $$$ over people. There are MUCH friendlier and comforting support services out there. Go else where and save the unnecessary frustration.

Their mission is great - helping families and the community with hardships. The admin part used to be a disaster. But after communication now we sorted it out. They are prompt in making payments every month. They also became very approachable. So very happy with them now.

Hi, I would strongly recommend Mother goose program to every parent and child. It is one of the tremendous program for my family. I have been into this program from 2021 i can see myself as a very confident and calm parent. It helped me connect with my little ones so efficiently. This program help build a strong connection between me and my kids. Now i can clearly understand my kids needs and my kids also show love towards me by expressing or helping in many ways. Thanks a ton to miss vera, miss wafa, miss amanda, miss hazel and all the staff members for being so kind and helpful. Lots of love Soyela

Total lack of consultancy with clients. Company is totally inappropriate for indigenous kids and kids of European decent who make up a large percentage of kids in care. The case manager turn up to see the kids during school hours. Then claim that the kids don't go to school. Paperwork is approved whether or not it is true or false.Nobody is given the right paperwork, or nobody reads it. Constant staff changes. The kids and I are over it. I called Jamie on the number below. They don't exist. I have been severely insulted and screamed at, in front of the children, by their blonde, so-called indigenous carer, Brooke, support worker who should have more respect. Every time there is an issue like being evicted from my family home by the public trustee or being a victim of family violence, they victimised our family more instead of supporting us. Removing our funding is not in the best interests of the family. Removing family funding because I was the victim of family violence makes your legal chargers (the kids) insecure and at a disadvantage. All children are over 12 and choose to live with me according to Creating Links. They were not consulted. Weekly visits disrupt our lives. I didn't appreciate the care workers sent out to gather info on me throwing out my disabled son's memorial plaque. I don't appreciate my loss being thrown in my face by Brooke Gallant. Finally, someone in the office found the incident report forms for damages. Which still haven't been replaced or compensated. Tough luck about my son's memorial plaque. To many hassles and heartbreak. Getting any indigenous program funding or other funding is filled with lame excuses. I'm happy for the toddlers who get the Mother Goose program. How am I to pay for my grandkids' accommodation since being de authorised as their carer? Do they choose to stay with me as they are all over 12. 70% of kids over 14 in out of home are lost from the system. My grandkids are not lost. They are safe with me and are loved by family. What is their game? Does anyone answer the phone? I'm looking forward to a bleak Christmas, not. DCJ approved me as a carer. My de authorisation by Creating Links is a reflection on them. An inability to cater to families. A lack of organisation within the organisation. Most good staff leave due to the frustration of the client's needs not being legally met. Another screw up today, 9 December 2024. I was arranging an emotional support school for my grandson. Creating Links sabotage it. I spoke to his local school to do the paperwork. The Dept of Ed school liaison officer to push the go ahead. After everyone worked to make it happen. Creating Links pulled rank. No consultation with family or even with the over 12 himself. The wishes of the child are an important factor. They even tried to tell me it was a disability school and my lad is not disable. Is this the case of the Dept of Ed not knowing their stuff, as usual, Creating Links, knowing it all, not. Creating Links didn't visit the school, I did. It is a long way from Bankstown but not from where I live. Would love to watch a movie at Christmas, but we have no T.V. It broke 18 months ago and was never replaced. No repairs or replacements in all the time we have been with them. It was part of the DCJ paper signing. All damages by the kids must be repaired or replaced. This is across the board for all foster parents. Creating Links fails in their compliance with the law. Creating Links are culturally inappropriate for kids in care. There is a government movement that indigenous kids are placed with indigenous agencies. If they get rid of the carer then Creating Links get to keep the kids on their books, I don't think so.

Myself and the three children that I care for have been with Creating Links for about 4 to 5 months now. our Case worker Gigi is understanding, phenominal work ethics, when she does a home visit she's here for at least 4 hours. She has put the kids in out side activities to build friendships, building self esteem, cooking classes and public speaking where they have a voice. We all have her phone number and she has all of ours. The kids love her. Anything we need she is straight on it. She comes to the school meetings for ILP's. She has been with us at the Pediatrician and she is definitely not a 9 to 5 person. Home visits she may leave as late as 8PM. She's called me early in the mornings or vice versa if something has happened. She got one of them who is overweight a personal trainer two days a week, a special bed to accommodate his weight, a special diet plan. Thank you Creating Links and Gigi a very special thank you from myself and the children. We are proud to be part of your family and you and Creating Links a part of ours.
