I got involved with creative support in 2013 after being disharged From edenfield, prestwich. I remember Graham, picking me up on discharge with all my belongings, & living @ upper chorlton road for about 18 months, Staff brilliant, I got offered a flat @ manley road in whalley range and accepted it on viewing. one ☝️ staff was very knowledgable called Eammon brazil about housing, benefits, etc. I was there about 10yrs, and was decent flat looking back, however i remember lockdown coming in , i think sent me over , possibly many where isolation, fear, 😰 anxiety, i think needed repairs like bath 🛀 tap, refusal take off hot water restrictor and toilet seat broken, then a leak . it problematic . pushed me over police & ambulance @ my door trying force entry, that pushed me to swallow pint meds. i passed out 😵 as was grabbed and cuffed, ended icu mri . over years i noticed how many tenants were morbid, and withdrawn, also even most neighbours just weirdo’s, no one neibhourley and , i used listen music 🎵 tenants never complained, it was summer day covid lockdowns i told isolate/ it past middle day then just get complaints, baseless , its day time . then other things sectioned few times again & asking repairs and deep clean as building invested just met no aduqate response, staff could oright, or always try shut office door in face or wall off when asking resolve, many times , turning back someone, not helping is think 🤔 pushed it max. i regret damaging the building & other if turn back clock i would, think was instead took out stress rather than a human, i was eventually evicted on sec 21 , which left me homeless long time, i remember also women tenant upstairs used treat as sister, but she switched lot times when couldn’t use me knock door, looking back trying be dependant on me, would also turn nasty 🤮 when couldn’t get anything , begging 🙏. i told her straight one day and think she made false allegations, manager, anyway her name was Charlin Natasha Urey, in flat 5, 33 manley road m16.8hn. . shame really, it went downhill, hope this is helpful anyone reading. thanks

I have experience of being a past staff member and of having a relative receiving support from CS. They prioritise making money over service user safety. Management are happy to let their service users rot away as long as it means they don't have to lift a finger. There are some good support workers who care but I wouldn't let CS look after my pot plant.

So glad to see creative support lose a contract putting money before care. Cheap foreign agency staff who can't speak English on minimum wage. Karma is such a nice thing. Broken equipment.

I have an amazing team supporting me, in the Rochdale area Creative Support. Especially my support worker Matthew Whitworth, Sarah Taylor, Sana. I don’t know how I would cope without them. I just want to say a massive thank you and keep up the good work! Maggie.
