We have been with Crest since 2023 now. We have found Crest support services, to make a huge difference to our son and ultimately our family's life! When our life was in a crisis, Crest was recommended by our Behavioural therapist. I was very cautious and hesitant to send our son away for over night respite, though it was desperately needed for all concerned, however, I needed have been. Nash Kwari took time to answer my queries and took time to read my very long email of background information. It was evident in my conversations with Nash that he had indeed absorbed the information given him and was very supportive and professional in not only listening to my concerns but also taking time to answer my queries and allay my fears. Subsequently, I have found during our journey with Nash that he remains, prompt in his calls back to us (if any are missed), he replies back timely to any emails and he is very knowledgeable and is very helpful in working through an issues to help our son to reach his goals as well as work holistically with our family. For our son, I can honestly say, his life is enhanced by Nash and his team!! He loves to add respite with them and always comes back calmer and more positive. If you are considering Respite services or any other services with Crest, I would strongly recommend them from a long term user who would not go anywhere else. Our only regret is that we do not have any more funding as, we would definitely utilise their services more. Thank you Nash and the team at Crest for the life changing work you do! The team at Crest have always been professional and efficient when it comes to providing care and support, not only for the NDIS participant but for their family also. This professionalism also extends to the various key stakeholders involved within the NDIS framework. I have personally witnessed Nash and his team go above and beyond the usual requirements and standards that are required by a care provider within NDIS. As a Support Coordinator they make my job easy as I know that my participant is in safe and competent hands!

Crest Support were excellent in caring for my daughter who has a brain injury and behavioural issues which at times affects her safety and wellbeing. The Manager, Nash, was always very accomodating, understanding and proffessional. He managed my daughters behaviours very well and I cannot speak highly enough of him. The carers are beautiful and always happy. Given the complexity of my daughters issues, they too did an amazing job caring for my daughter. It is unfortunate that my daughter's brain injury has left her quite racist, and this was my daughters issue and not mine. The Crest Support provided excellent care and a protective environment. I would recommend Crest support to others.
