Darwin Mowing

Would not recommend this company's services to anyone. i requested for a quote for a simple mowing service, however only received bad customer service.

I am always happy with their service. Prices are good and they only repair what needs to be repaired not add unnecessary upgrades or rerouting.

Agreed on a price of $99 per hour or $80 cash for 2 men (on loud speaker with my partner). Turned up on the day, and changed the price to $198 or $160 cash for 2 men. When questioning it, their response was we have plenty of other work so if your going to dispute it we will just throw your greens back and move on. After seeing the current reviews it makes sense. They hung up when discussing the matter twice. Clearly customer service is not a priority because they have too much work. Just keep in mind that eventually bad word of mouth gets around. Edit: In response to the owners comments. Your guys on site advised $500 when they arrived, when calling you advised $800. What’s the discrepancy? We confirmed with you on the phone in the original conversation that it was $99 ($80 cash) per hour for 2 people. You have provided some context in your response to my complaint but not over the phone when we questioned it with you. Your response over the phone was we have lots of work and don’t have time to dispute it. We have since had another quote with an on-site inspection. They have quoted $300 for 2 people for 2 hours. Your rates are fair, your hours certainly seem incredible inflated. The new trades wondered if your tools where made from gold? I agree there was some confusion around the rates but the way in which You handled the issue is highly unprofessional. You have numerous complaints about it and that tells a story.

Poor customer service. I was moving overseas so requested my house be mowed the day before tenants movedin. A rather firm and critical date some might say. Turns out the were a no show so I had to arrange urgent second option from overseas. They then provided an "overdue" invoice for earlier work which they had never provided me in the first place. I would not use again.

These guys are AMAZING! I called them and spoke to a lovely lady called Libby, my lawn was so long hadn’t been mowed in over 3 weeks and needed it done ASAP, she organised the gardeners to come to my place in the afternoon, the gardeners actually arrived within 30mins after phone call. They did an amazing job! Definitely recommend
