Went to get my Statutory Declaration signed, the pharmacy assistant didn’t even let me complete my sentence and straight away said that they are unable to do it because of Covid-19 and the regulations by the government, I do understand that, but there was a better way to say it. I am sorry but she was very rude and this behaviour is completely unacceptable.

Mark and his staff are always caring & keen to answer questions & provide advice when asked. Nothing is too much trouble. Mark makes every effort to get medication if he doesn't have it in stock. Thanks for your kindness & support.

Since coming to Werribbee about two years ago, the very best thing we did in terms of getting a regular supply of the many medications we need, was to get the pharmacy app. This not only gave a distinct system to the ordering and receiving but to our surprise, we learnt that there was a maximum we paid per year on Medicare and then for several months at the end of the year, we got all the precription medications completely free. This was a huge help to our low income.

Fantastic staff. Everyone is really helpful and polite whether on the phone or in store. I always feel well attended to when I go in or call up and ask for a prescription to be prepared for me. A credit to all staff that work there.
