Theres an employee here I believe was named Zoey or something like that, and she made me feel so important that i had a paradigm shift in my life and i wake up happier every day.

I don't work there so this isn't coming from that angle. My daughter receives services from them and thus far we haven't had any major problems. The women that work with her are very nice and she works well with them.

Where should I start! This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever work with! The owner is VERY unprofessional, she only cares about money and not the care of their clients, she takes their ssi backpay and don't let them know about it, she doesn't pay her host home providers well, she steals money from clients, she promises them she will do this and that and never does. I don't recommend NOBODY sending their love ones to this company at all! I MEAN AT ALL!!!! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES DEALING WITH TRACHELLE HARRIS AND HER IN OFFICE STAFF!

I came here to sign up for a QMAP class and the receptionist was amazing. She even went out of her way to get me change for my cash payment and to give me a little note to give to a new job confirming my class date. This is my only experience with this company but it was a really good one. This receptionist was really helpful.

Frustrating experience. We waited for a provider for a few months. When we got one, things were great. She left the company and we weren't able to count on having a provider arrive on time, or at all. One two occasions, I got notice fifteen minutes before the caregiver was s schedules to arrive. My job depended on this caregiver being present, so I could work. I lost income. We moved to a different agency.
