Encompass House Ltd.

I was linked in with Encompass house for almost 4 years before I pulled the pin. In that time we went through 3 SC (support coordinators) having our documents lost, being lied to & having our privacy breached. Apparently it takes up too much funding to have two seperate pieces of paper for each of my children. It was then left up to me to send constant emails & keep everyone in the loop. Too much of a muck around this company, look else where.

I was using this companies support coordinator and later when I moved to another company did I find out what was happening. The support coordinator had finished more then half of the support coordination funding when we recieved a new plan of 10 thousand dollars in a time period of a week or 2. When I went to another company I was shocked to see what a real support coordinator does. I was calling for invoices for services for my daughter and I was dealing with everything while the support coordinator only got in contact with me when our services needed renewal. Half the time wouldn't answer me or would say you need to do it yourself. Never collected any evidence to share with ndis for my child's plan nor did she even help with funding. It was a waste of my time.
