My client recently called this service to organise a disability support worker and this service was incredibly disappointing in their treatment of her. My client does have specific requirements about who she has support her due to traumas experienced in the past and she advised the service of this. 10 minutes prior to the meeting which was supposed to be in the south east bayside, they called to cancel the meeting citing the operations manager said it was too far when this meeting had been set up for a week and a half prior. Then when my client called them to see what was happening and if they were coming, they hung up on my client mid conversation which was incredibly disappointing for a “support service” and they did not bother to call back as it was on purpose . I’m kinda glad they hung up on her otherwise who knows how they would have treated her face to face. If you’re looking for a support agency who will look after your needs and respect you or someone you know, I wouldn’t suggest using this service. I’m very saddened and disappointed in their actions
