ClickabilityI am learning who I am again thanks to Enhanced Lifestyles. My life has a new zest which I hope to share with those I come in contact with. ClickabilityEnhanced Lifestyles is a very professionally run organization that have Fantastic people working for them. From Administration to Carers. I've found they provide excellent support in the area of my personal well being. They're Positive and want the best for the clients. Though it's not a large issue for myself they provide services at exceptional prices. I cannot see myself leaving "enhanced lifestyles". Enhanced Lifestyles are different in a positive way to every other agency I've ever been with.

ClickabilityI think that Enhanced Lifestyles is a fantastic company and fantastic service. They provide services like in-home support and gardening and for me personally they provide home support. They help me go shopping and also assist me to get out to the things I do in the community. You have your own tailored service, matched to your needs, and can organise the rosters yourself and manage the support the way you want it. You're not told when to get up or not, YOU get to make decisions about it. If I'm not feeling the best, I can say to them I need more support and they'll arrange it for me. My workers are fantastic – a lot of them are more than just workers to me – we all work as a team and they're all great at getting back to me quickly – which is awesome as I manage my own service with my workers. No matter what, the agency grows with you as a person, and is there for me 100% of the time.

ClickabilityI've been a client since the beginning of this service. I've got carers quite often. I run my own service, and my own life, and can talk to my carers, change times, arrange to go away, and change what I want to do and decide when I want to do it. I'm not grouped in with others, and not 'third on the list' to go to bed – I can organise when I want to do things directly with my team. The office are great to me, they're fantastic, if none of my team can cover shifts, the office will help me with that. They're courteous and polite, and will help out when I need it (not just shifts). I'm really happy with the service.
