Esteemed Life Care are professional and contactable at all times. Their standards are high and if we have any issues they are dealt with promptly. The personal assistants are enthusiastic and friendly. My dad is encouraged to make his own choices and live independently but with support.

I would like to give Jain (Jainulabedin) Patel a 5* review. He came to look after my husband from Esteemed Life Care, and from the moment he entered our house he was friendly, kind and very knowledgable & professional. My husband has a brain tumour and is nearing the end of his life and Jain treated him gently but with confidence, encouraging him to continue getting up and moving around the house for as long as possible. His medical knowledge and experience with equipment such as the re-turn machine gave myself and my husband great confidence in his care and he always treated my husband with warmth and respect whilst caring for him. My husband said 'He's brilliant' Many thanks to Jain for making such a hard time in our lives so much easier. He is a fantastic asset to the team at Esteemed Life care.

We recently engaged Clarriots Care (Coventry) to look after my wife's elderly mother for period of time when circumstances meant we were unable to. This was the first time we had used a care service provider and were very pleased with their prompt and efficient response to our initial enquiry, continuing with a service that was not only professional and caring, but also very understanding of her mothers particular needs. They provided the same carer for the entire period who was very friendly and reliable, we would not hesitate to recommend their services to others requiring care for a loved one.

This company is terrible. They come to your house without knocking, can’t follow simple instructions, and their management is so poor they don’t care about the people they’re caring for. They’re more interested in getting money from yourself and the government than anything else. They’ve given wrong medications many times, so please avoid at all cost. Should be called esteemed poor care. If the company denies this im happy to provide proof of entering without knocking and any other claims that i have made about the lack of care. If someone from the company states anything else please show proof ,as they would deny this and fool you in believing they care 😂 Thank you for your reply You forgot to mention that you failed to contact the social worker when it was your duty when we informed you of missed medication and other complaints , also not to tarnish your company me saying is one thing , you have many on google review that have complained , you cant be 100% right . you lack the understanding clearly . They are human being but your dealing with vulnerable people, or is it just bout the money!! Ps if this is false information im happy to provide evidence what have you got words thats it.

I am very happy with my mother's care, the carers are all so nice and really look after Mum well. They are very reliable and spend the whole hour with Mum, they have a chat and a cup of tea with her. The company is very supportive to me and Mum, they keep an eye on her health and they speak to me regularly.
