Excellent product and service all round. The proprietor, Bruce, is very knowledgable about all things e-bike and he is willing to share it in the interest of the customer - not just in making a sale. The bike was shipped to me in Far North Queensland, it arrived in great shape (if a little late because of the Dangerous Goods status of the battery) and I was given all the technical assistance I needed to assemble it correctly. I'm delighted in my experience of BlindFreddy Electric Bikes.

We bought a cargo ebike early 2025 to take our kids to school and childcare and now don't have to worry about being stuck in traffic. We trialled a cargo ebike at another store which was $1k cheaper, but was definitely cheaper in quality too. We had our first bike service and they repaired the spokes on the wheel so we didn't have to get a new one. Very happy with the ebike and service.

Andrea and Richard were amazing with the support for our disabled son's e-bike, including helping to manage all the NDIS paperwork. The initial bike we trialled for our son didn't end up being suitable due to his balance issues, but Andrea and Richard worked with us for over a year to finally get our son into a bike that worked brilliantly for him (Tribe Ricky). They arranged test rides and provided great advice on what we could do to find the right outfit for our son. They even managed extra modifications to suit our specific needs, and delivered to our home with a full handover. Their patience and commitment to getting the right outcome for our son and family was far beyond what I could have hoped for, and I would recommend the EveryBody eBike team without hesitation.

Highly recommend these guys, on short notice I dropped my sons bike off to get new brakes fitted, they had it done within a hour Great service, 5 stars!!
