Amy & Emma my exercise physio's are both amazing with me in my gym sessions. Coming to EHA every week has helped me build my strength and confidence.

I attend the Alderley branch twice a week. The facilities & equipment are modern & new with everything you need to make working out comfortable. Laura my EP is incredible & professional. She is encouraging, supportive & makes going to work out a fun experience that I really enjoy. This morning I had an assessment & my strength has improved & their were high-5’s for hitting some goals. Love ya Laura!

Without reservation I can say that I would recommend EHA. Everyone at Alderley is so welcoming and as an older woman I have never felt uncomfortable or out of place. Anthony has been so very helpful teaching me to understand how to manage my injury, exercise properly and providing support when I've struggled with motivation to continue. I started because I wanted to get fit to undertake a hike at altitude and I'm continuing because I know that I feel better and am more confident in my my ability.

I've been working with Jay at Exercise Healthcare Australia for over a year now, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Finding an Exercise Physiologist who genuinely listens, understands my goals, and tailors a program to my needs has made a huge difference. Jay is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in his clients' progress. Over the past year he has helped me improve my strength, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life. He takes the time to explain the purpose behind exercises, adjusts programs when needed, and always creates a positive and encouraging environment. The entire team at Exercise Healthcare Australia has been welcoming and professional, but Jay's dedication and support have been exceptional. I have been coming to EHA Alderley twice a week for 5 weeks. I had an initial assessment with Emma who identified areas requiring improvement and she devised two six week individual programs to address this. Emma has been a fantastic practioner, friendly, encouraging, positively critical and very knowledgable. She has given me confidence in my abilities and challenges me in my endeavours. I love coming to the gym, an area that I deliberately avoided in the past. I can't recommend Emma and EHA enough. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do.
