Unbelievable that this place runs. Getting friends to post reviews after a bad review is placed. Surely there's some good in the work they do but they ruined my best friends trust in people... thanks for your below response Geraint but you forgot to mention this was after services ceased as she became a friend , we even went to a social event all together. But what ever makes you sleep better at night

I was introduced to Sandra in 2024 to help me apply for the NDIS. She has been very helpful, supportive and empathetic. She treats her clients as friends, and is respectful of their preferences and decisions. Her advice is on point, and with her help I have been accepted by the NDIS as of this month.

Support Coordination is an extremely important service that provides individuals the support they need in order to navigate the complexities of the system. Sandra Roberts is an excellent Support Coordinator that advocates for individual’s rights making sure their voice is heard. She is a professional in this field that works endlessly to get RESULTS. If you are in need of this service, look no further. Sandra is the person you want working with and for you.

As a Physiotherapist who works with Family Centred Sanctuary, I couldn’t recommend FCS more to support your loved ones with additional needs. They are true to their name and have created a genuine family-like environment. I have seen first hand how FCS’s support coordination has helped improve people’s lives immensely and supported people in accessing the NDIS from start to finish.
