They were the first to provide the answers to a long term injury, answers that I had sourced unsuccessfully for a number of years. They are outcome driven with a vast array of resources to assist in diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

I was really impressed with the empathy, courtesy and good customer service of all the people I dealt with. I was given a clear, easy to understand explanation of what was happening and why by the podiatrist during my visit, and I was also impressed by the helpful pleasant receptionists who dealt with bookings and payments efficiently and explained the refund process.

Annual visit to see Kyle was another great experience. The improvements I have had since first referral and getting orthotics has been amazing. Professional and friendly service as always from Kyle and the team in reception.
