Footprints Community Limited

my partner and i turned into the wrong street by the convenience store and had to quickly turn around as it was a dead end. obviously a really tight space and had to use their reserved parking to do a million 3 point turns (we weren’t trying to park). staff members were very obviously staring at us and filming/taking photos of us the entire time from window behind their computers and we could clearly tell. we weren’t sketchy or trying to be sketchy and just genuinely didn’t know where we were and were confused as maps were being difficult. made us super uncomfortable and also taking photos of us and our vehicle without permission made it even worse. never planned on coming to this specific business but now thinking about it, i don’t think either of us would in the future after an accidental turn and an uncomfortable and frustrating experience from the outside. going to be severely disappointed if we get fined for never even parking.

When my brother needed help to get accomodation. I didn't know where to start. I called Footprints on a referal from my aged care. The lady who I have been working with, name is Maddison. She has been wonderful. Always, listening and guiding on what to do. My brother goes into Residential care this week and Maddison, helped with that as well. Can't thank her and Footprints enough

They have a beautiful, secure place to have a cuppa, talk, and get the best advice from the girls. The compassion i was shown when i turned up there in need of help was calming, reassuring, and so much appreciated. They gave me great advice, info and references for other places.
