FOOTPRINTS COMMUNITY CARE: I have a really wonderful case manager, Erika Kieseker, who has been so kind, caring, friendly and proactive with my care management . All my current needs are addressed and her recent recommendation of JESS, an O.T (company,;She’s my OT)who works with Footprints has been a godsend as I have serious osteoporosis /arthritis and recently fractured my vertabrae . Erika and Jess sourced a motor scooter and recliner that couldn’t have come at a better time. Jess too is gentle, caring and skilled. I can’t recommend both of these women highly enough . Thank you Erika, Jess.. and Footprints.

This place does have poor air quality and the trains are constantly lifting pollution up into our complex from traffic bringing it down on the tracks,and constantly lifting it back up again. I always have fun shopping here and have fun chasing the specials.Citys always good, the Valley,ALDIS and Woolworths at Newstead. Overall I give it a 5 out of 10 because it's shopping shopping and more shopping,there isn't much more.

Regarding Assessors for My Aged Care. If I could give no stars I would. This saga has been dragging on for weeks. Footprints were allocated for my assessment. Person left message on my phone, but ALWAYS went to voicemail when I rang back no matter how many times me or my wife rang. Wife is Stage 4 Breast Cancer thriver with Brain Metastasis and was put in Hospital for a week, so we left message asking could we ring back when out of Hospital as I need assistance with hearing over the phone. NOTHING........... So we left messages for two more weeks, till SUDDENLY we get a text telling us to book an assessment with My Aged Care. When we respectfully questioned this and mentioned some of our friends had had issues getting assessments with Footprints, text came back that we were extremely rude! That is not our nature, and tried to ring to apologise and sort out as the person was texting us. Of course, voicemail. A load of very self important texts were received telling us we were basically stupid and they had influenza. Then, a break through. They say they tried three times (they didn't) and rejected the case. Why wasn't this advised to us weeks ago and we wouldn't have wasted our time ringing 7 times? Very bad Customer service which is being reported to My Aged Care and EVERY social media platform I can find. I really hope this Assessor gets training and doesn't give others the grief we have received. My poor wife was in tears, she is not rude.

Michell the carefinder was brilliant. Especially regarding the speed in arranging the assessment, the approval and arranging a provider.

Footprints Community has changed my life for the better, Sally Jorna was amazing, throughout our lives we meet people that change us for the better that save us from ruin, Sally at footprints was that person for me. I have never met someone so kind, focused and determined, im really going to miss her and the Footprints program. Godbless her and this wonderful organisation.
