How can I give a star to this organisation? On February 22, 2019 my wife met with 3 people from this organisation on behalf of my disabled 22 year old son. Also present, my son's support co-ordinator and his supervisor from the day program he attends. It was indicated in this meeting that there was a residential vacancy at Baulkham Hills; however the group home would have to relocate in the present area and this would take approximately 8 weeks. As part of this meeting the 3 people were introduced to my son. During the 8 weeks all appropriate paperwork was finalised for the NDIS funding. 8 weeks came to an end; and there was no communication from this organisation. My sons support co-ordinator and my wife sent numerous emails that were never answered. The Regional Officer from NDIS rang this organisation last week; only to find out that the residential house in question was entirely unsuitable for my son. This organisation only gives false hope to parents.

Absolutely shocking. Zero care for the vulnerable disabled clients! CEO Danny check out his social media, full of how disability money “ industry “ is up the charts. Cover ups of failures of their aggressive staff , unreturned calls. Take your lives elsewhere !
