Would be great if they answered their phones! I have left a message on their voicemail, but have not had a call. I have been trying for days to contact them to arrange a service for my scooter. Am beginning to wonder if they have gone out of business, as I can't seem to get any response.

Absolutely don’t bother going anywhere else! Fantastic service and advise, deliver with respect. Although Nick was on his own when we arrived, he was brilliant he gave my mum his full attention not trying to answer phones or dismiss my mother and direct the information to me. Nothing was a bother! Thank god for business like this that aren’t patronising to aging!

Terrible all around, not only do you get a run around and a ridiculous wait time on your product but the customer service my father inlaw has received multiple time is beyond disgusting. Faulty products and then when it comes to a warranty forget them taking accountability that word is not in their vocabulary. I am beyond disappointed to see they way people have been treated by people who specialise in an industry that helps people. Every time we have had to deal with them it has just been an absolute headache. I strongly recommend that people do their research before dealing with them.
