I highly recommend Freedom Mobility Scooters. Martin, the owner/director is very easy to communicate to and not your typical 'salesperson'. My email to him sums up our experience with this smaller company: "I thank you, so much, for your time and interaction with Dad and myself yesterday. Your attention to him was impeccable, and so much appreciated by me. He was so super excited and very pleased with his experience when we left. What impressed me so much was all the things, big and small, that you went through with him, and myself, was so much appreciated and needed." Also, Daniel, who delivered the scooter, was such a lovely and polite, patient person- a rarity these days!

After waiting three weeks for a different scooter repair I called Freedom mobility scooters and within two hours Daniel had my scooter on board the van, and my scooter is now superbly repaired and back home in such a short time frame I’m amazed. The two guys I had dealings with are so respectful and mindful of how to treat an elder I’m amazed. Then I found the cost so reasonable it shocked me! After lies, lies and more lies, (as in 4 times container had been taken of ship from China) 7 months later mobility scooter was delivered with no working lights or right blinker. Cannot get responses to emails or phone calls returned. Under warranty and blinker is a sealed unit so needs a genuine part. $6000 scooter. Unsafe without a right blinker. Not as purchased. Now have to seek legal recourse and will be seeking legal costs as well. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

His professionalism and customer-first mentality were truly exceptional. Nick quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, ensuring that it was back to full mobility with minimal disruption. What amazing service we got today. My husband forgot the key to his scooter We live in Gippsland and had come to Melbourne to watch our Granddaughter play netball. We rang their office explained what had happened and they replaced the key for us. The service was fantastic. Thank you so much
