I made an appointment and there was no reminders by text or email, consequently missed the appointment. I make appointments with at least 6 professional companies, and they all have text reminders. This is the only (so called) professional company, that does not text reminders. So I've had to pay $50 late cancellation fee, for their inadequacies and lack of professionalism.

Love love love this practice. Each of the Physio's I've seen have been wonderful and so helpful. Plus the admin team are so friendly. Kelly & Dr Rupinder are a dream team.

I went there many times and saw Dr Dilaware Sign he was great went for my 12th appointment over a period of a year or so got the owner who triggered my CPTSD. I said you triggering me I slightly raised my voice n he yelled at me. Today the receptionist wouldn’t stop talking I asked a question she just wouldn’t stop like I asked I said please stop your triggering me I just want to finish what I was saying without being cut off. Very rude didn’t care about my mental or physical health. After this experience I’d not recommend sending anyone there

Very professional, effective treatment, very friendly reception, easy parking.

They are providing first-class treatment to my Mum for her back and shoulder. My Mum was ill with the flu, she rang up and they were so kind and caring to offer to ring an ambulance for her. She ended up with pneumonia.
