I am sorry to say that the experience we had with this company has been extremely disappointing. The lack of service we received from the OT looking after my elderly mother has been quite unsettling. We had several appointments that were cancelled due to the OT health issues, which was understandable, however the lack of communication in trying to reschedule appointments was dismal. When we finally made the follow up appointment and the assessment was undertaken, it was weeks before we received the report on recommended equipment. We only received this report after chasing it up multiple times ourselves. We were then invited to come to the store in Ipswich to see and test out some of the recommended equipment that was in the report. After the store visit the OT also said they would bring some of the mobile equipment to the house for my mother to try. It is now 6 months since that visit, and we have not had any of this equipment brought for trial or any further communication regarding recommended equipment, even though we have tried to follow up. To add insult to injury my mother was billed for our trip to the store, even though I drove her there and back. A terrible experience and sadly not a company I would recommend.

Georgina was fantastic. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely thorough with my elderly parents. She is going to follow up with mums doctor for previous test results for her feet. Very happy with Georgina's professional service. Thank you

You probably need to upgrade your record management as that appointment should have been cancelled as I stopped my program with Centacare in mid November. Helen
