I ended up ceasing services before I'd even met with the practitioner. Written communication from the company director and the practitioner themselves relied on AI - even for communication with the participant. The practitioner cancelled my appointment the day before without asking or considering my needs or preferences. Even the intake form was badly structured (probably had AI write that too). In short, a bad first impression but I tried to hold hope that the practitioner experience would be better but it wasn't. I cannot recommend this provider, nor can I recommend any provider that can't respond to basic communication without relying on AI - especially in a role which is supposed to be literally centred around communication.

Excellent professional, very clear and concise in his approach. I received constant support and always felt accompanied. I would definitely recommend him.
