Friendly and very supportive staff, a great management team who helps each other in time of needed despite of their busy schedule. High quality clinical care and professional service provide and comfortable environment for their clients.

The caregivers provided by Glow Healthcare Agency are exceptional. Not only skilled professionals but also incredibly kind-hearted individuals who formed meaningful connections with the clients. Dedicated to improving the quality of life for beloved clients.

I would give Glow Healthcare 0 stars if I could. It took a number of weeks to process an aged care referral for domestic services, which at the final step I was told that the service could not be provided after all, as the address was not within their remit. (One would think you just had to look at the referral to see the address where the services would be required, or any subsequent onboarding paperwork). I am truly disappointed in how unhelpful Glow were during an incredibly stressful time for our family. I can only imagine that this is a company trying to take advantage of government funding at the expense of vulnerable people needing assistance, with their lack of process or procedure regarding aged care clients.
