Supporting our daughter, with very high physical support needs, in her journey to independence was quite a personal challenge. It took time, patience and lots of understanding but under the expert guidance of Nicole Hadchiti and her amazing team, Good housing have found the most perfect home for our daughter. Her apartment is just beautiful and even her brothers are very envious. While we are still adjusting, we have been absolutely thrilled, if not somewhat surprised, to see our daughter thriving in her new environment and enjoying her new life immensely. Her transition has been smooth and we all couldn't be happier. Goodhousing are a family company who genuinely care about their clients and in helping them to achieve the very best future possible. We can't thank you enough.

Good Housing became one of the final, critical pieces of the puzzle—helping us bring this decades-long goal to life and giving Daniel the future he deserves. From our very first interaction, Nicole Hadchiti from Good Housing showed a level of genuine care, empathy, and professionalism that instantly put us at ease. She was incredibly thorough, quick to provide support, and—most importantly—she listened. She took the time to understand Daniel’s unique needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with warmth and compassion. What truly sets Good Housing apart is the way Daniel has been treated—not just as someone requiring support, but as a valued individual. Through their compassionate care, Daniel has gained more than just independence; he’s gained a deep sense of belonging. He finally feels safe, respected, and understood—the way he has always deserved to feel. Google MapsWhat an amazing organisation!!! I can’t speak highly enough of Nicole and Rosie. Their approach is warm, caring and person centered. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure participants feel supported. Good Housing provide accommodation supports for people with a disability are truely life-changing. They offer a design that promotes independence whilst still offering the right level of care. Good housing are always very responsive and their properties are well maintained. I would recommend Good Housing to anyone that is looking for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

Google MapsGood Housing have been amazing. It took us 15 years to find the right home for our son Jay. From the time we were first introduced to Good Housing and offered the chance of this accommodation they have been so supportive. Jay moved into his 'forever home' on November 2024 and it has been so life changing. All of the staff at Good Housing from Nicole (Head of Tenant Empowerment), Sonia (Community Manager) to all of the wonderful team who helped make this happen. They have always been available and open to any requests. We are so grateful to Good Housing and it is evident from the way that they work that they do this from the heart (and personal experience) and they understand the importance of getting it right for the people at the centre. We have seen the biggest improvements in behaviours and Jay's quality of life has definitely improved (as have our lives) as we are able to see Jay more and include him in so many more family events. He just had to have his Pop's special chair and some other older furniture that was special to him but we made it work.
