Google MapsWasn’t told of a long wait when I came in, waited for over an hour, asked how much longer until I could see the doctor and was told that there was still a long wait ahead. Only go here if you have a good few hours to waste.

Google MapsThe Good Samaritan is a fabulous medical centre. Reception staff are friendly and professional and the doctors are wonderful. I have been attending here since 2017 and will continue to do so.

Google MapsI have recently started attending this clinic as I wasn’t happy with the large medical centre I had been attending for years, it was loosing its patient centred approach and becoming all about money. I have been so impressed by the quick and easy service, the clean and inviting atmosphere of the surgery itself and the two GPs I have seen have been so through and caring. Today’s appointment was a Telehealth as I had a stomach virus and didn’t want to travel. Even though my session was on the phone, the Doctor was interested, empathic and gave practical advice. Sometimes with other GPs you feel brushed off when doing a Telehealth but not at this surgery; you are heard! I am in the process of having my families medical information/history to this surgery. I don’t want to go anywhere else now ☺️
