Google MapsI went in to see Dr Micheal who I didn’t know at the time for a check and he completely dismissed my injuries in a very unprofessional manner to which I chose to see another medical practitioner who was able to identify the complete root cause and was able to proscribe me with the right medication and plan. Google MapsThe experience with Dr Issa Khalil was unacceptable. There was a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and appropriate care. Concerns were dismissed without consideration, and the outcome of the appointment caused more harm than support. This encounter fell well below expected medical standards. In a situation requiring care, competence, and understanding, these basic responsibilities were not met, and the response only exacerbated an already serious issue. This matter will be taken further, as this represents a serious failure in duty of care and is not acceptable medical practice.
