With the guidance of Dave Lewis, under Perry Klepp's watch, we were comprehensively scammed on the purchase of a Gold Coast Pavilions 2×2 unit to the tune of at least 28 % (overpriced). Sale price in 2009 = $530,000 Current value in 2017 = $430,000 Do the maths. Sucked in by a bullsh*t rental guarantee to the tune of $600 a week. Currently fetching $415 a week. Chances of SMRF trashed. Super vaporized. Perry will dribble on about GFC, keeping the scam alive. Stay well away. Minus 5 stars.
