We used Gr8 to manage our rental property for about 5 years. They were thorough, efficient, professional and easy to communicate with. They have knowledgable, well trained staff, who don't cut corners in getting the job done properly. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of property management services. The only reason we are not using them now, is because we have a close relative of a friend living in the property and are managing it ourselves.

As a renter, GR8 were fantastic to deal with in the 3 years that I rented through them. Always responsive to any maintenance requests and always very pleasant and excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to rent.
