Grace Childrens Therapy

We had the pleasure of having Karen from Grace Children's Therapy run an information evening for our families and staff at our Rouse Hill centre and it was fantastic! Karen’s presentation was incredibly informative, covering a broad range of topics related to children's development and Occupational therapy. Her passion for her work and deep knowledge were evident throughout the evening. Karen’s engaging approach made all the information easy to understand and she addressed all questions thoughtfully providing practical insights that will be incredibly valuable to us moving forward. The team genuinely empowers both children and parents. They explain every step of the therapy process in a way that is easy to understand, and they always encourage me to be part of my child’s progress. They provide practical strategies I can use at home, which has helped build my confidence and strengthened my child’s independence and skills.

The service is consistent, reliable, and professional. Appointments run smoothly, reports are detailed and accurate, and the team is responsive to feedback. They always act in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and prioritise the child’s safety, wellbeing, and dignity. I feel fully supported and confident in the quality of care my child receives.
