Google MapsMy experience was awful here. I have come out worse off than when I went in. First off my initial electronic referral from my gp was ignored leaving us initiate all early communications, that’s ok I proceeded anyhow because of their reviews. Then, the person in particular that I went to see based off their reviews doesn’t even work there anymore. Website did not reflect this- and still doesn’t. Fast forward months later and waste of over 800 dollars for a total of 4 hours- yes, 4 sessions worth of Laynee listening to me only then for management to sever ties completely once they realise a insurer and solicitor was involved. This is despite me actually paying the bill every time from my own bank account- the account giving strategy they adopt is mandatory that you provide these details before a appointment is booked. This is so they can charge if you don’t show up. Fair call, I can handle that, I showed up for all 4 of my self funded non Medicare sessions before being randomly cut.. So to take all these said appointments, get me to open up, RELIVE all my trauma and do this simply so that there’s no extra curricular work of any kind like providing a simple update phone call or letter to further help their clients is absolutely appalling. And then to recommend 3 other places to go that have either zero reviews or low rating reviews just ads insult to injury and makes a mockery of the same review system that inspired me to choose these guys in the first place. I’m genuinely sorry I came here Thanks for nothing.

Google MapsWe have had a very positive experience with Hampson Psychology over the past year. The reception area and offices themselves are beautiful and have a very welcoming and calming ambiance. The reception ladies are warm and welcoming, and are incredibly helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help us in any way they can. Receptionist Deb is to be highly commended for her exceptional personable admin skills and patience, especially when dealing with the school and NDIS who would make her job very difficult at times. She has always remained professional when dealing with them, and her expansive knowledge of NDIS and how to best handle them has been very helpful. My son's psychologist, Dr Nandita is wonderful and really listens and takes the time to understand, identify and find creative ways to help with the challenges presented to her. Dr Nandita has a knack for explaining how my sons mind works, why it works that way and how we and others can better work with him to achieve a greater result that just makes sense. There have been many times over the past year that it looked like all hope had been lost and all health departments, services and organisations had roadblocked us, refusing help and passing the buck. Dr Nandita never gave up hope or let us give up hope; she always ended each session on a positive or hopeful note, and the next time we came in she would say, "I have been thinking about the last session and trying to find solutions/a different approach/let's try this place". Each session my son has had with Dr Nandita has ended on a positive note with her taking him to the admin ladies to choose a treat for not only him, but also for his sisters who weren't even there. In the sessions themselves, Dr Nandita would meet our son where he is at, talking to him in social stories and drawing cartoons so he understands, incorporating his love for different things to make it personable and relatable for him. Dr Nandita has been more than happy to offer and execute a collaborative approach to therapy with my sons multidisciplinary team, and has been instrumental in working collaboratively with not only the multidisciplinary team but also his high school, to achieve a better outcome for his AARA so that he is better supported and understood at school. Dr Nandita's ability to produce required NDIS reports of high quality and within required timeframes has also been highly appreciated. We have had a wonderful experience at Hampson Psychology, and can't thank Dr Nandita and her supporting staff enough for all the care they have provided in many ways to our family!
