Google MapsI’m very disappointed in this psychology practice. After a medical professional was required to cancel in the early hours of the morning due to an unexpected call out for a life saving procedure, this practice insisted on charging a cancellation fee, even when future appointments were already booked in their system. This professional chose to save a life and was then slapped with a fee for doing it. What a kick in the guts. It was also obvious in a phone call with admin that they had been told confidential information about the patient and what had been discussed in an appointment with the psychologist. I think some leeway for medical professionals serving our community should be considered at the very least. Thanks Hampson psychology.
