I have been seeing my Psychologist Elizabeth for a few months now and I cannot thank her enough! She provides a warm, inviting and hollistic approach to therapy. I have always felt welcomed and validated and I have always left a session feeling better and well equipped. Belle is absolutely fantastic and makes an awesome practice manager! Everytime I have needed to call/email it is comforting to speak to a kind and warm individual who can respond and solve all matters in a efficient and timely manner. The waiting times are also not huge and are well managed. The current practice has lovely interiors and is really comfortable! It is located in a convenient location with lots of parking. The sessions are extremely affordable with the Medicare rebates and is a true reflection of the cost for outstanding therapy. I cannot thank Hampson psychology enough for there support and help and highly recommend if you are looking for a great psychologist in the north Brisbane!

The staff and the facilities are amazing. I am so very grateful for the wonderful and caring staff at Hampson Psychology who have gone above and beyond for my children and I over the years. So glad to have found them when I needed them the most.

Hampson Psychology’s clinic is so welcoming and comforting. It’s clearly been designed with calmness and colour psychology in mind, it’s honestly what made me choose this clinic over others. The added benefit was that the admin team were so helpful and helped me choose the appropriate therapist for me and my needs. I was recommended a therapist (Dr Sarah) who is super experienced and qualified in CBT, DBT and other common therapy types. I’ve had such a fabulous experience here and I honestly look forward to going to therapy now for the first time in my life.

This practise gives no flex for missed appointments, even when emailed at 3.30am to advise of an emergency callout situation. Trying to do the right thing so notice was there first thing. They then insisted upon taking payment and still debited MY card. So, perhaps within their rights by the letter of the law, but actually counter-therapeutic and misaligned with a self-professed “person-centred” practise. Paradoxically this has caused more stress than they have helped to treat. Needless to say future appointments were cancelled.
