The service at my elderly mothers Ballarat house started very well and slowly tapered off. Little things weren't being done at first and it just got ridiculous. After months of doing the lawns, they raised an issue about dog excrement on the Monday and on the Friday the girls mowed around it for the 1st time ever, even though we were working on a solution with mums aged care provider. We had tufts of grass here and there. It looked like they'd cleaned the mower out underneath in a few places - leaving mulched up muck in piles. The front didn't need mowing but whipper snipping around items would've tidied it up. The bin was left in the middle of the driveway. Poor quality of work. Rang the office and left a complaint and was told the lady would call me back - still waiting!! Cancelled the 'service'

Becca and Kara installed a wall bracket for our new TV. They did a very professional job, perfect alignment and left no debris behind. Have also just confirmed a cleaning contract with them for the next 12mths. Kim, you have put together a very talented team. We highly recommend Handy Girl Australia.

Absolutely fantastic. The lawn was mowed, the hedge trimmed and flower beds were planted. So happy!!
