I would recommend going to anyone but these people. The therapists can’t tell you exactly what their role is because they have no clue, they will charge you an arm and a leg for conversations and appointments you don’t even have and when you try to contact the owner, she avoids you like the plague. I also got someone else’s FCA but just with my sons name replaced, so make sure your reading your reports!!! Be aware they will invoice for sessions you don’t have and they will double charge on certain invoices hoping you don’t notice.
