My dad, would like to shout out to Kim. Kim provided truly outstanding service to my dad, going far beyond what we expected. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She took the time to understand his needs and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. Her dedication and compassion truly stood out—she didn’t just do her job, she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable and supported. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such heartfelt commitment. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough; she is absolutely the best!
