Leroy and his team are terrific. Very approachable and ready to modify training exercises to accommodate long standing injuries. The empathy and understanding displayed by Health First is what sets them apart from other trainers in my experience. If you're looking for people who want to help you become the best you, while understanding that each person is unique. This is where I would go.

Billy and Leroy legitimately care about their clients. I have been helped through injury and illness.
