Google MapsI am 78 years old And have been attending Health Studio 2011. Twice a week. I am crippling up with arthritis But have found that my exercise regime has given me a fitness and quality of life and lifestyle . TC Wirrily visited Townsville She tore big branches off a big tree in my from yard, I have been able to drag those big branches In the drive way ,and stack them up ready to be taken away. I am extremely grateful I now have the ability to have the physical strength to be able to be independent and still able to Look after myself. To Mahn and his staff A very grateful thankyou.

Google MapsTownsville's premier neuro, disability, accident and aged care exercise physiologists. I'll keep it brief otherwise my 7 years here will just be a rave ;)) Oh wait it's gonna be one. A race. Highly educated and on-going-trained staff (sorry poor phrasing) using their knowledge, experience and personalities to help us through the tough stuff. Not everyone salivates at the thought of hours spent at the gym but the brilliant, experienced and hugely fun staff make it (almost) a pleasure ;)) Weights still hurt. Not Health Studio's fault. I am better, I feel better, and with their help....plus with the help of a Corgi puppy ...29kg LESS of me is easier to shove around. I'd suggest Will, Tess, Rick, Kelly or any of the other therapists at Health Studio who I haven't yet gotten to know, to anyone, but.... a) they'll never forgive me for calling them 'therapists', and b) very selfishly, I don't wanna unbook myself out of an appointment. Thank you, Health Studio. Is there any possibility of an electronic door?
