Stephen is a great physio! I love the fact that he actually listens to me and my concerns, and actively works on those areas. He is always so professional and very good at maintaining dignity, which is something that is greatly appreciated as a young female. He is great to talk to, which is nice when working on painful areas, and this creates a nice distraction. I also love that he is mobile and comes to our home, as this suits my shift work life. Can’t recommend him enough!

My mum has been getting physiotherapy sessions at home for a while for her stroke affected leg. Serena has always been timely, helpful and very knowledgeable in helping mum maintain her mobility. Mum is very happy with her kindness and support.

I first met Stephen in November 2021, when he was assigned as my home Physio after a total knee replacement. He is very professional, but is always up for a chat, which is a great distraction when working on painful areas. After the allocated 6 weeks, I have continued to see him on a monthly basis for other ailments. He always listens to any concerns that I have, and creates a plan to help improve those areas. Can’t recommend him enough!

Highly recommended. After my mum had a massive stroke leaving her in a pretty bad way, verbally and physically, we needed to organise a physio and speech therapist to help her be in a position that allowed her to stay at home with us. We tried a few different companies with not a lot of success, as they really just gave up on her very quickly due to her attitude and refusal to work with them, until we found Corey from Healthproof. Over the time, Corey had some good and bad days with mum, and while I'm sure he had to be frustrated, he never once gave up on her and he always made it clear that he would be back to try again tomorrow, until such time when he had a breakthrough, and she decided to co-operate. Moving forward, we have had the pleasure of meeting a few other therapist from the Healthproof team, Fitzgerald, Amita, and Cheryl, who are also amazing when dealing with my mum and her bad moods. They are always polite, understanding, and respectful to my mums difficult needs and situation, all while doing their best to help her stay motivated and cooperative.
