What a great community gym! Such as diverse and inclusive space! Knowledgeable and friendly trainers. I have seen many positive changes in my son, who does personal training with Deb. Highly recommend.

An excellent gym! But it’s not just a gym but a community - and a supportive one at that. No matter shape, size, or health goals everyone is welcome here. It is such a lovely space and Nick and the team are always around with bright smiles. The access is excellent and offers a small feel as opposed to the bigger gyms - a place where they know your name! Highly recommend to anyone!

Have been a member of Healthspan for years because of the incredibly knowledgeable and supportive personal trainers and wonderful relaxed community vibe. Inclusive, welcoming, 24/7 access, safe gym space- would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

I have joined this gym roughly one year ago and never looked back. I have never been “into” the gym but since joining this gym with my weekly PT sessions I feel good and extremely motivated to get out of bed in the morning and get into action. The personal attention of all staff members led by our gym guru Nick makes the Healthspan collective the way to go for Me. I highly recommend this Gym.

I have been going to this gym for more than two years. The trainers are exceptional and dedicated to the health and fitness of their clients. They follow evidence based and research backed protocols for training sessions. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a friendly, not too image driven local gym to strength train.
