Google MapsAmazing clinic! Staff are always so welcoming every time my child and I attend. We see Jannah who has been fantastic! My child is always excited to go and see Jannah, and she always makes the sessions so fun! Thank you so much Healthy Kids at Play, we’ve had a wonderful experience so far!

Google MapsBeware Parents : Management is extremely insensitive and kicks out neurodivergent child from Therapy by terminating Service Agreement without any discussion with Parents or any email communication because we Parents posted honest constructive feedback on Google . Upon receipt of Feedback instead of getting in touch with Parents/Customers instead Misleading information is shared by Kerri (Practice Manager) which is corrected by me. I have evidence of Emails which highlights about the Incident. Incident : - 08th May: A session was scheduled at 09:30 AM with Therapist Anusha at the School for neurodivergent child with Meeting scheduled with Psychologist , Centre Head of School and Parents. However Unprofessional Staff of Healthy Kids at Play did not bother to inform Parents about the inability of Practitioner Anusha to attend the Meeting at 09:30 AM . Finally after multiple calls made by Parents to Healthy Kids at Play we were being informed at 09:45 AM that Therapist has reported sick today. Please find attached screenshot named 6th May highlighting 08th May 2024 meeting at School along with Notes from Psychologist Alex highlighting the absence of Healthy Kids at Play Practitioner Anusha. - 17th May: Another session was scheduled at the School for neurodivergent child between 10 AM to 11 AM because Practitioner Anusha from Healthy Kids at Play did not attend the Meeting on 08th May 2024. Emails sent by Family to Healthy Kids at Play on 10th May and 13th May highlighting correct address in the signature section of School Centre Head as well as over the Phone were shared by Family. Despite above email communication again Practitioner Anusha from Healthy Kids at Play did not search the Google Map appropriately and informed client's mother at 10:50 AM while the session was scheduled at 10 AM that she can't find the Centre which shows how mismanagement is deeply rooted that neither the Practitioner can research the address before going for the meeting nor the Admin Team of Healthy Kids at Play could guide the route to the Practitioner . They can not even apply common sense or structured approach to either contact the parents before the meeting time at 10 AM or School Directly. - 24th May: Another session was scheduled at the School for neurodivergent child between 10 AM to 11 AM because Practitioner Anusha from Healthy Kids at Play did not attend the Meeting on 08th May 2024 and 17th May 2024 . Email confirmation was received in writing from Healthy Kids at Play Admin Staff Vini however neither Practitioner Anusha from Healthy Kids at Play did not turn up at the school on 24th May nor Unprofessional Staff of Healthy Kids at Play did not bother to inform Parents . Even School Staff including Centre Head can share the testimony related to 08th May 2024 , 17th May 2024 and 24th May 2024 Incident who wasted their precious time. As part of Constructive Feedback my Husband shared following Area of Improvements in Existing Processes to Jigerdeep Singh /JAS/Office Manager after taking out personal valuable time : - Process Modifications: To review and modify our existing processes to ensure that such incidents do not recur. - Staff Training: To implementing refresher training sessions and soft skills workshops for staff to improve customer service and overall professionalism. - Preventive Actions: To follow preventive action mechanism rather than corrective action mechanism.

Google MapsMy child attends therapy with Anusha at Healthy kids. She is very good with my child and has some great strategies that will ease the parents job back at home. I think she is born to be a speechie.She is full of positive vibes and I truly appreciate her dedication towards her work

Google MapsTwo of my children attend therapy at Healthy Kids at Play and we have been very impressed so far. Kristine is a wonderful OT, very attentive and has a great rapport with my son. We’ve seen some really great positive developments with him since he started working with Kristine. My kids have both recently been to a few of the holiday program sessions and they were fantastic - a sensory play session, a food based/cooking session and a science session - all OT run with a focus on social skills and building practical/executive functioning skills. We are very happy with Healthy Kids 🙂
