Google MapsThey are one of the best service providers in WA. I had contacted them a couple of weeks back, and they were very courteous and caring and thoroughly explained all the services that they provide. They have now started my services and I'm very happy. I find the support workers to be trained, and I couldn't be happier.

Google MapsMy cousin had moved to WA back in 2022, she wanted to start independently living and be closer to friends. One thing I constantly worried about was how she was going to do on her own, all her supports were back with us, and I didn't know how to do the process through NDIS. I contacted Heed, which was the closest support near where she had moved. They helped us through the process and were upfront with everything they could and would need to do, as well as any costs associated through her NDIS. They helped her feel comfortable, heard and seen. She has been involved with them for a while now, the ease of access she has, the amount she has grown as an individual, is absolutely amazing. I never thought I would find a time where I would not be stricken with fear on how she was doing, but now when I speak with her and see her, you can see the difference. I have not had to question the care she has received once. I thank all the team for going above and beyond to provide their time and do the things they do. Especially in a moment where some would of been so vulnerable.
