My Mother and Father in-law have been with HelpAlong for two years. The workers are respectful and mindful of their capacity to perform tasks within the home. The workers socially, friendly and respectful. We have never had any communication concerns with HelpAlong.

Worse ever experience had in my life. Worker are wonderful. But support coordinator and higher up are there to collect your money but are the most unhelpful lot l have ever dealt with.. you have to get on to them all the time and then they charge you for every phone call text and email they send. Even though it's for same thing😡😡 …
