Roberto was more the delighted to help me,finally get to the root of the problems with my feet. Thank you Roberto for showing me kindness when others have just brushed me aside as another whinging old woman who's done this to herself and is now blaming others for her problems. Dr was pleasent, wait time for booked appointment was a little excessive. I found the dr saying let's treat one problem at a time quite irritating. I have been waiting for over 6 months to see a podiatrist ( no fault of hinkler podiatry) so being told, that I have to wait another week before the podiatrist will send his report through to the gp, who then has to order tests to confirm a diagnosis that was made years ago torture!! Any report needing to be sent back to a gp should be made on the same day, not a week later. Especially when the patient has expressed how much pain they are in, and it is effecting every part of their life. The treating of "one problem at a time" in order to generate repeat business is ghastly. Multiple problems can be asessed at once, multiple tests can be performed at once. Overall quite disappinted, I should not be forced to go back to pay again for something that could have been completed with an initial consultation.

Paul and the friendly staff at Hinkler Podiatry helped me with my foot pain while running. My discomfort was immediately alleviated but the array of diagnostic technology aided the ongoing management and resolution of further problems. Thanks Hinkler Podiatry

The treatment I have received from the staff and management of Hinkler Podiatry over the years has always been friendly and effective. They are ready to mail orthotics or other medical equipment to me when I can't make it to their offices and are always happy to see me. The knowledge and bedside manner of the staff has always been friendly and informative, never leaving you in the dark or without a smile.
