They accepted the job, sent out handyman who accepted the job on a Wed. Expected the job price to be sent 5days later on the Monday. Instead I get Email from handyman telling me he was retiring & would not be doing the job. Rang Bairnsdale franchise who knew he was retiring yet sent him anyway & was told by Bairndale franchise that they had no-one who could do the job. If your thinking of ringing Hire a Hubby to do a job DON'T. They are a bunch of incompetent fools who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Ringing head office is just as bad if not worse.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck, the result far exceeding our expectations. We can’t fault any part of the process, from the excellent communications from start to finish, the quality workmanship, the cleanliness maintained across the site for the entire job, and the friendly, respectful, conduct of the crew. Mick and Rohan worked so well together, with assistance from Wayne on a couple of the days for added manpower, with no fooling around, simply getting on with the job with a smile. They also converted a kitchen bin drawer to a cupboard, fitting new hinges, as we were not at all confident we could get it level ourselves. If we could give six stars we would 🤩
