We recently had Tim the Service Technician from HLS Healthcare attend Footscray Hospital to carry out equipment checks and maintenance, and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided. Tim was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about safety and quality service. The equipment was checked carefully and efficiently, and it was clear Tim takes great pride in his work. Excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommend Tim and the team at HLS Healthcare for anyone needing reliable healthcare equipment servicing.
