Holistic Physiotherapy

After suffering an injury playing soccer, I was referred to Holistic Physiotherapy for strengthening exercises which not only improved my mental fear of injuring myself again, but also physically.

This is the 2nd injury that I have been required to have physio treatment and Holistic Physiotherapy are my first choice physios. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing but more importantly they get results. Exercises and treatments are fully explained and demonstrated.

I had the pleasure of seeing Duc and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Duc made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my recovery. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explained each step of the treatment process clearly, which gave me confidence in his approach. I came in with pain radiating from my right neck down through my shoulder and traps, and Hau was incredibly thorough in assessing and treating the issue. He quickly identified the problem areas, explained everything clearly, and gave me confidence in the recovery process. After the session I felt immediate relief, and he also provided practical exercises and stretches to keep improving at home. Hau touched me in areas i have never known could be touched. Had such a good experience here! I came in with tense shoulder/trap pain and now I’ve never felt better. I had the young male physiotherapist and he did an excellent job. Was very caring and thoughtful and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely come back if I ever need.
