Astrid from Holistic Supports is wonderful! Highly recommended, Astrids dedication to her job in finding the right workers for my son has been wonderful and gets on to things straight away, Very Happy !

Astrid has been my support coordinator for about a month. I’ve found her to be creative, friendly, supportive, understanding. She has been efficient and helpful in her responses to any questions I may have. Her attention to detail has been amazing and her knowledge of the NDIS process has been of a high standard . I am a long-time friend, former neighbour, and nominee of a participant of the NDIS. Astrid became my friend’s Support Coordinator in March of this year. After the passing of his Mum in October 2017, it became evident that he needed additional support and fast. Since my friend has been on the NDIS, Support Coordinators came and went, changing every 4-6 months, leaving us with very little faith in the system. When Astrid stepped in, she was able to implement processes which in the past had taken 4-6 weeks, within 1-2 weeks. Her knowledge of the system and how it all works is second to none! Astrid is the only Support Coordinator who took the time to get to know my friend and cater to his specific needs. I would highly recommend Astrid at Holistic Supports. Astrid is the most reliable and proactive support coordinator we've ever had since joining NDIS. Although she came across my son's file during Covid-19, everything was orgnised efficiently from preparing the reports for plan review to finding the most suitable therapist for my son. Her knowledge about NDIS and her relationships with many service providers is also beneficial for my son. With Holistic Supports, I don't have to pick up the phone and call to ask for support. Astric is always proactive; calling us to follow up, update news relevant to NDIS and suggesting activities and therapies to suit my son's needs. I am very satisfied working with Astrid and would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to find a reliable support coordinator.
